實驗材料:大豆種子表面消毒后萌發,抗病材料Williams82和感病材料Harosoy生長2周后接種大 豆疫霉菌,接種8小時后取根部。共四個樣品(Harosoy mock, Harosoy infected,Williams 82 mock and Williams 82 infected)。

結果分析:利用STTM技術(短串聯靶向模擬),靶向降解內源的miR393發現,抗病材料Williams82中靶向降解miR393后,變為感病。
接種大豆疫霉菌后phasiRNA的分析結果表明侵染后phasiRNA調控NB-LRR和PPR基因的表達。
